TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Services

Etheleen & Alma's Dream, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides catering, private dining, and meal prep services in the Greater Charlotte Area. By submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

2. Proposals & Pricing

All proposals are estimates subject to final confirmation. Pricing is based on your selected menu tier and guest count. Final pricing will be confirmed in your signed agreement. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and availability.

3. Deposits & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We accept bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), and check payable to "Etheleen & Alma's Dream, LLC."

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation terms:

• 30+ days notice: 50% deposit refund
• 15–29 days notice: 25% deposit refund
• Less than 14 days: No refund (deposit is non-refundable)

5. Menu Modifications

Menu modifications are accepted up to 10 days before your event. Final headcount confirmation is required 7 days before your event. Changes after these deadlines are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Dietary & Allergen Responsibility

We take dietary restrictions seriously and will accommodate reasonable requests. However, our kitchen handles common allergens. Clients are responsible for communicating all allergies and restrictions in writing. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Force majeure events (natural disasters, public health emergencies) may affect service delivery.
